Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract : The quality of teaching is not only to use the Internet or e-learning. The novelty of the information and communication technology is to change the orientation of training, the transition to the creation of online and e-learning systems, but also remains an unsolved problem of adaptation of new materials. With IT students develop creativity, independence, professionalism. Interactive technologies provide various kinds of user interaction (sound, images, animations, etc.) and is a basic tool for the creation of computer training programs. The synthesis of traditional and modern information technology is based on the activity- when learning activities are the subject of training and help to create an overview of the professional activities of an interpreter as a purposeful, active, long-term process of learning. Using an interdisciplinary approach makes it possible to seamlessly integrate the knowledge of linguistics and computer science, linguistics and psychology. The purpose of this paper is the analysis of experience in the use of new information technologies in the training of future translators in UK universities. In this research we identified the most common programs used in the preparation of translators, substantiated the possibility of their application, named the city and universities in the UK where such training is carried out. |

Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :In connection with the adoption of a new version of the state standard of primary education and the introduction of a primary school subject "Steps to a informatics" is particularly important problem of training of primary school teachers for training in accordance with the requirements of the standard. The model of training of primary school teachers in learning the basics of information and communication technologies was based on the analysis of the scientific literature and the results of international research on the training of future teachers and the formation of their information and communications expertise, practical experience in high school,. The model provides for the implementation of competence, personal and activity approaches, taking into account psychological and educational characteristics and the educational expectations of today's students, especially in terms of selection methods, forms and means of education. Organizational and pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness of primary school teachers in learning the basics of information and communication technologies were defined. Particular attention is given to the selection of the content of training students to use digital technologies in the educational process in primary school. Criteria and indicators by which the level of readiness assessment was conducted of primary school teachers in learning the basics of information and communication technologies are shown. The model was probed on the faculty of pre-school and primary education at the Kherson State University. |

TAX COMPONENT OF FISCAL POLICY OF INCREASE COMPETITIVENESS OF NATIONAL ECONOMICS |
Author : Danilov A. |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract : The article is devoted to the problems of using fiscal levers to regulate the national economy competitiveness. What kind of tax levers should be used in order to increase the competitiveness of the national economy is justified. Taxes are the main source of fiscal revenue of the country, which depends on the inherent principles of optimizing the tax system, determined Ukraine's withdrawal from the crisis and raising the country's competitiveness. It is proposed differentiation in income tax rates, depending on whether the company is engaged in innovation and investment activity or not. Changing the rate of value added tax in a downward will reduce the revenue of the country. For enterprises that are not exporting products to decrease the amount of working capital for a certain period Fiscal policy that promotes the removal of the country's financial and economic crisis and the increasing competitiveness of the state, should be challenging. In order to implement incentive effects of taxes set forth in the tax code, we propose a linear programming model of the budget (revenue and expenditure) . Building the economic and mathematical optimization model with possible actions challenging the tax factors of individual taxes and the possibilities of using the proceeds of certain taxes on certain items of expenditure budget. |

Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :A training variant of Reed-Solomon codes, which greatly simplifies the process of synthesis of codewords and detection-fixes for corrupted data files. The algorithm is based on the transfer of variables and operations, in which the synthesis and analysis of codes from the original space into isomorphic space of image. As a result, the proposed replacement of data space computational process is reduced to the basic operations in a simple and modular Galois field arithmetic on integer operands, easily implemented by means of computer technology. |

Author : Paentko T. |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract : The article is devoted to the problems of stimulating economic development. International experience of state regulation of economic development is studied. The optimal financing of economic development at the expense of economic entities and the state is justified. Applying of new software to quickly processing and interpreting data, which substantially reduces the time for making financial decisions and reduces the risk of errors. Prospects for further research study identified diversification of financial flows for various real economics industries through the application of information technology. To stimulate the development of the real economy to direct budget investments in terms of growth, which will provide impetus for economic development? In order to overcome the negative impact of institutional deformations in expenditure propose to use the mechanism of diversification of financial flows. Its essence is that the priorities of economic activities funded under the co-financing: budget grant and equity investors. To achieve sustainable GDP growth state should maintain the ratio of budget investments and investments for its own account enterprises in a certain percentage in the form of budget investments and investments on their own businesses. |

The substantiation of the definition of user mobility in the Internet space, taking into account the variability of mobile devices and communications. The use of mobile devices in the educational process is based on the paradigm of open and equal access to quality education. Considered the technology of using different types of devices and their functions . The conditions of user mobility in the internet environment, the factors influencing it, the creation and storage of mobile communications resources . Provided with basic mathematical model of user behavior in a virtual network. A model of migration as a user from device to device , and its geographic move , and then use the resulting model for the design of distance learning systems . Preliminary forecasts have been made on the development of education in the transition from the remote technology to open. It is assumed the appearance of new types of personal devices that will combine the power of a desktop PC and the autonomy of smartphones with constant access for broadband wireless connection to the Internet. The use of cloud technology to store and process information resources training helps centralize and synchronize data and access to them from different devices. |

Author : Tarasich Y., Spivakovska Y. |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract : Creates a space of interaction of the student and the teacher. This environment is a information and communication pedagogical environment (IKPE). Using IKPE funds at classroom avoids the monotony of their conduct, to raise students' interest in the learning process and intensify their activities. Seminars helps to ensure a student the basic knowledge, helps develop logical thinking, to form beliefs. In line with the growth of teachers' understanding of the need to introduce information and communication technology and electronic media for educational purposes in the learning process , as well as the students get used to the appropriate provision of information, we are seeing increased of the quality of educational services and thus the quality of knowledge. Constant monitoring of IKPE in universities let us to evaluate not only the quantity and quality of the implementation of new technologies in the educational environment of the university, but also to prioritize of their development. Evaluation of the results of research indicates an increase in the level of ICT using and therefore, in a sense, of improving the quality of education in compliance with the rapid process of society informatization. |
